Directions :- Entrance just off A93 Aberdeen to Banchory about 3 miles east of Banchory. Follow signs for Crathes Castle, site just opposite castle entrance on left.

Facilities : - Fresh water, elsan disposal, bus stop at entrance for trips to Banchory or further afield. Parking on a very large firm grass field. Cafe restaurant, steam engine trips, and craft shops near site, and of course Crathes Castle. On the Sunday a charity kilt walk will pass by close to our site and through the exit car park. As there are 5000 taking part the car park we enter and exit from will be closed for sometime to allow safe passage for the walkers. Anyone attending the meet this will provide an attraction to watch. However should any member wish to leave the field on the Sunday morning this will only be possible early am or after the walkers are passed.
